1. You want to cancel or modify your order
We quickly treat the orders you spend, usually within 12 hours. For this reason,You have 12 hours after orderTo send a cancellation or modification email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Beyond this period, your articles will probably have been shipped.
2. You did not receive your package
Our delivery times are from 23 weeks working.
If you do not receive your article within 4 weeks, then we refund you completely and you can keep the object when you receive it. Contact us at email@example.comTo report an item not received.

3. You have received your article but you are not satisfied
No worries ! You can return us Your article up to 14 days after receipt.
In order to benefit from a return, your article must be unused and unopened for hygiene or health protection reasons, and in the same state where you received it.
